Photo Specifications

• Photos should have a resolution of 1920x1080
• Photos must be current.
• Photos must remain untouched - free from filters or editing that would alter the natural composition of the face.
• The photo should be taken straight on with a neutral expression - think passport photo
• Use a plain, solid background
• Even lighting across the face
• Avoid lights and/or windows in the background
• Capture just the face and shoulders
• Images should not be heavily cropped within your application or other third party tool
